Problem:

How may we know, what gaps exist in the current neonatal intensive care
devices that have been procured in the public health systems in India
 

Activity: Design Research

Outcome:

A landscape report on neonatal intensive care devices in India.
A deep 9 month long field immersion across 15 districts, 5 states of India to
understand user behaviour around the devices and systems. User journeys,
product lifecycle journey, service and reporting gaps mapped to guide
future product profiles to better equip neonatal care.
