Research at Cohesive is driven by the need to understand the users - their surroundings, their values, their aspirations, their needs. We hope to become one with our participants and their surroundings, unravelling the mystical ways of behaviour, connections and rationale that are far beyond the obvious layers of sight. We bring new ideas and experience to test with them in their surroundings, often co-creating with their inputs to create a solution for our clients. And that's what leads to a cohesive user experience.

The Team
Pushkar Ingale
Founder / Director
Pushkar founded Cohesive Labs in last months of 2017. An alumnus of Industrial Design Centre, IIT Bombay; he later went on to complete the Stanford India Biodesign Fellowship. He comes with a vast variety of professional experiences in marketing, automotive styling, industrial machinery design and medical device innovation. Before starting Cohesive Labs, Pushkar was heading the India office for a Norway based organisation, working in the field of innovations for neonatal and maternal health focused in developing regions of the world. A firm believer and practitioner of design thinking, he espouses the cause of innovation for impact. He enjoys promoting design awareness and resilience in design and also engages as a jury member and visiting faculty with design institutes.
